We are looking for a Group Strategy Manager to join Telestians!

In this key role, you will translate our long-term strategy into concrete actions and ensure delivery. Working closely with the SVP, Strategy, Communications & Sustainability, as well as the Group Leadership Team, you will guarantee the successful definition, execution, and follow-up of strategic initiatives and transformation programs.

You will collaborate across group functions and cross-functional teams to turn strategic priorities into tangible results, influencing decisions that impact the entire organization.

What you will do?

• Support the Head of Group Strategy in developing, implementing, and tracking the company’s overall strategy, including annual strategy processes and documentation. 

• Collaborate with Business Units to assess strategic scenarios, investment plans, KPIs, success gates, and implementation roadmaps, while contributing to company-wide transformation initiatives and risk mitigation. 

• Conduct comprehensive market, competitor, and industry analyses to generate insights, forecasts, and growth opportunities for core and adjacent markets and to support our investor communication. 

• Provide M&A support through scenario preparation, financial modelling, target identification, evaluation, and participation in due diligence and integration activities. 
  
  
  Key requirements for success

• Experience in strategy, corporate development, business transformation processes or management consulting, ideally in an international B2B and technology environment.

• Very good analytical capabilities, including financial modeling, business case development, scenario analysis, and market/competitor research. 

• Proven track record in supporting strategy execution, including KPIs, roadmaps, transformation initiatives, and M&A activities. 

• Solid communication skills with the ability to create executive-level presentations, simplify complex topics, and facilitate workshops. 

• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, facilitation, independence in working, and strong project/stakeholder management skills; relevant MSc degree and full fluency in Finnish and English. 

• Business modeling skills, excel
  
  Ideally, we’re looking for a colleague based in the Turku, Tampere or Helsinki Metropolitan area with ability to visit Turku and Tampere offices regularly.
