Finance Analyst

Join our team as a Financial Analyst
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to strengthen our Finance & Control team. In this role, you will play a key part in group reporting, consolidation, and regulatory support while helping us optimize financial systems and processes.
What you’ll do?
Reporting, Analysis & Consolidation
Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly results, including variance and trend analysis.
Assist with group financial reporting packages, statements, and notes.
Validate financial data from subsidiaries and business units.
Execute group consolidations and intercompany eliminations, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Identify financial risks, opportunities, and efficiency improvements.
Coordinate reporting calendars and closing processes.
Financial Systems & Data Governance
Develop, maintain, and optimize financial systems and analytics tools (AX, FPM, Power BI).
Ensure quality and accuracy of financial master data.
Drive adoption of new technologies to enhance operational finance processes.
Compliance, Controls & Regulatory Support
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal controls.
Support implementation of new IFRS requirements and policy updates.
Participate in transfer pricing processes, including analysis and documentation.
Collaborate with tax, legal, and Finance & Control teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
Assist with internal and external audits and risk management activities.
What we’re looking for?
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance.
Familiarity with IFRS and financial systems (AX, FPM, Power BI).
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage deadlines.
Location
Turku, with flexible hybrid work options available.
