Operations, Logistics & Sourcing ensure the customers get Teleste's tangible products like nodes or displays at the right time, at the right place and at the right cost. The team is working according to lean principles and our professionals come from multiple backgrounds with the mindset on high-quality delivery and operations

Sourcing and purchasing ensure the availability of right production material when needed. Production planners schedule the factory operations to enable Operators to manufacture the ordered products. Logistics and shipping are responsible for the global delivery of the products in cooperation with our partners.

Our production facilities and ways of working are a role model to many other manufacturing organizations. We are proud of what we do, and focus on continuous improvement of our processes and ways of working.
