Software Team Leader

We are looking for a Software Team Leader to guide a skilled development team and support high-quality, secure, and future-ready software delivery.
This is a role where people leadership meets hands-on delivery. You will bring together agile ways of working, product ownership, and cross-functional collaboration to help the team focus on what matters most.
What you will do
In this role, you will:
· Lead, support, and coach a software development team.
· Create clarity by planning, prioritizing, and coordinating development work.
· Take an active role as technical product owner and scrum master.
· Support high standards in quality, architecture, cybersecurity, and development practices.
· Improve how the team collaborates, delivers, and builds sustainable software quality.
What we expect from you
You enjoy bringing structure to complex topics, supporting people, and working close to technology. You communicate clearly, make priorities visible, and help teams move forward with confidence.
We hope you bring:
· Relevant technical education or equivalent practical experience.
· Experience in software development, software delivery, or technical product development.
· Experience in leading teams, technical work, or development delivery.
· Understanding of agile development, backlog management, CI/CD, testing, and secure development.
· A collaborative leadership style and strong communication, prioritization, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
