We are looking for a Demand & Supply Planner to join our Sales and Operations planning team. Teleste’s Operations, Logistics & Sourcing is tasked with operating the end-to-end supply chain in an agile, efficient and customer-centric way. Our Sales and Operations planning team is responsible for sales forecasting, customer order management, export processes, customer collaboration, production planning, operative purchasing, and supplier collaboration. We are now looking for a Demand & Supply Planner to join our team.

This role offers a valuable opportunity to develop your experience in operations and supply chain management in a professional and collaborative environment at Teleste Oyj’s Headquarters in Littoinen. The role is hybrid, but due to the nature of the work, the main working location is on-site at our Littoinen office. We would like your experience with us to reflect the same. Your responsibilities will focus more on demand planning (customers) and supplier-facing tasks.

You will:

· Manage customer and internal orders in the ERP system, ensuring an up-to-date order backlog

· Maintain customer, vendor and item related master data

· Schedule deliveries in collaboration with the S&OP team, considering material availability and capacity constraints

· Communicate and coordinate order changes with customers

· Participate in customer and vendor collaboration meetings

· Prepare export documentation (e.g., Certificate of Origin, ATR)

· Plan and coordinate logistics solutions with the transportation specialist

· Ensure material supply in collaboration with production planning and suppliers

· Send purchase orders and forecasts to suppliers

· Control inventory levels for purchased items

· Coordinate ramp up and ramp down schedules for product version changes

· Increase planning efficiency through technology-driven solutions.

What we expect from you:

· Relevant educational background or studies in sourcing/logistics/industrial management/supply chain management in university or university of applied sciences.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Flexibility to deal with change and work independently

· Professional fluency in both Finnish and English, written and spoken

· Proficiency with MS Office, especially MS Excel skills

· Prior experience with ERP systems is considered an advantage

· Proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements through automation, AI, and other technology-enabled solutions
