Join us to strengthen our Sales & Operations Planning and Delivery Capabilities

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Delivery Coordinator to join our Sales & Operations Planning team. In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring reliable delivery planning, accurate demand forecasting, and active customer communication. You will work closely with our project organization, procurement and production planning to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery processes and high customer satisfaction. You will act as a point of contact for selected customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders in the ERP system and client portals and ensure order data accuracy.

• Confirm delivery times to customers based on material availability and production capacity.

• Work closely with procurement and production planning to ensure accurate execution of delivery plans.

• Coordinate customer meetings regarding orders and deliveries and participate in internal stakeholder meetings.

• Monitor KPI (delivery accuracy) performance and suggest necessary improvement activities.

What we expect from you?

• Bachelor or equivalent degree in logistics, business administration or engineering

• Knowledge and understanding of ERP systems.

• A structured way of working, attention to detail, and ability to take initiative.

• Strong communication skills and experience working with customer accounts and handling customer relations.

• Good written and spoken English. Other languages (i.e. French, Spanish, German) are considered as an advantage.
  
  The role is based in Forssa and follows a hybrid working model, with up to one remote working day per week.
