We are looking for Demand & Supply Planner Trainee to join our Sales and Operations Planning team for summer 2026. In this role, you will gain practical experience in supply chain and operations while working in Teleste’s Operations, Logistics & Sourcing function at our Headquarters in Littoinen.

Our team is responsible for sales forecasting, order management, export processes, production planning, purchasing, and supplier collaboration. To support us during the summer holiday period, we are hiring a trainee focused on supply planning.

Your responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders and supplier confirmations

• Maintain item data and monitor inventory levels

• Send forecasts and support product ramp‑up/ramp‑down coordination

We also value your ideas for improving our processes and ways of working.

What we expect

• 2–4 years of relevant studies (supply chain, logistics, industrial management)

• Analytical mindset and good problem‑solving skills

• Ability to work independently and adapt to change

• Good Finnish and English skills

• Excel skills; ERP experience is an advantage

• You can work onsite (Littoinen) four days a week
