Now we are hiring Project Software Lead to our Information Solutions which focuses on delivering advanced passenger information systems primarily for public transport and public safety sectors.

In this role you own the software solution delivered in scope of a customer project, acting as a link between the Customer, Product Management and SW Product Development Teams. The project software solution is based on our existing software platform, augmented with needed configurations and additional functionalities in order to fulfill the Customer’s requirements. 

Major part of the work is discussion and documentation of technical details, both internally and with Customers.

 In order to succeed in your work you would need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong background in software development (but you should not be afraid of hardware either)
• Capability to understand complex system architectures
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Quality-driven mindset
• Documentation skills
• Ability to travel
• Good understanding of Linux-based embedded systems is seen as a plus 
  
  As Software Lead you:
  
• own the solution delivered to the Customer acting as a link between the Customer, Teleste Product Management and SW Product Development Teams
• discuss technical details, schedules, release content and scope with Customer, Product Management and SW Product Development Teams
• negotiate the applicability of Teleste existing solutions with Customer
• are responsible for Business Requirements Management in JIRA for Customer projects
• contribute to creating and updating Customer project-specific SW documentation
