We are now looking for a Sourcing Manager to join our team, focusing on mechanical sourcing and supplier management within that area.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing strategic sourcing activities, building strong supplier relationships, and promoting innovation and sustainability in sourcing.
Your focus area will be mechanical sourcing, so experience with mechanical components is highly valued.

This is a fixed-term position of approximately 1.5 years. In this role, you will lead and develop our sourcing activities, combining on-site collaboration in Turku with the flexibility of remote work.

Your key responsibilities:

• Manage strategic sourcing to ensure cost-efficient and high-quality supplier selections.
• Develop sourcing processes and strategies together with the team to enhance competitiveness.
• Drive innovation and sustainability in sourcing aligned with Teleste’s long-term goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and relevant regulations.
• Build and maintain a strong supplier network to support business continuity and scalability.

What we’re looking for?

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing or supply chain management.
• Proven track record in managing strategic sourcing.
• Demonstrated success in managing and developing supplier relationships.
• Preferably with experience in mechanical sourcing.
