Sr. Executive Administrative Assistant
Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sr. Executive Administrator to the EVP/GM of Broadband Networks. The EVP/GM is US based with frequent travel to Europe. The company currently has a US subsidiary. In this role, you will also provide support as needed to the US CEO and be the main contact person for various administrative projects as we grow the business in the region.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the EVP & GM’s gatekeeper & main contact point, providing high-level service as a liaison between the EVP/GM and his leadership team, and external clients and internal executive team members in the US & Europe.
- Draft and disseminate information on behalf of the EVP/GM both externally and internally
- Partner with the EVP/GM’s leadership team in organizing and collecting monthly reports, taking meeting minutes, scheduling employee meetings and establishing communication schedules. You will coordinate with contacts in Europe in order to complete these items.
- As the first Administrative resource based in the US, you will manage various projects to insure the team is efficient and has the right tools to be successful. This will require interfacing with various point persons in administrative groups in Europe.
- Handle sensitive business and confidential information with discretion, tact and diplomacy.
- Manage and maintain a busy and complex calendar for several executives, responding to numerous meeting requests that require frequent re-prioritization.
- Coordinate domestic and frequent domestic and international travel arrangements, including creating detailed itineraries for the EVP & GM and the US CEO.
- Arrange internal and external meetings, including lodging and meeting accommodations for large and small groups.
- Collect and organize data for high-level meetings in the form of reports, charts, presentations for various high level meetings.
- Embrace unexpected duties or projects as they arise.
- Be available to perform job duties outside of normal business hours when necessary (weekends/evenings) Be available to work different time zones as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of progressively responsible experience as an executive assistant, with at least one position supporting a CEO or similar C-Suite executive.
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, Lookups, Macros, formulas and graphs
- Mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create high-level and sophisticated presentations for the CEO.
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and see projects though to completion.
- Experience in a growing company preferred with the ability to pick up various projects as assigned.
Compensation
Compensation is competitive and based on location (Dallas, Denver, or Atlanta) and individual qualifications, including experience, education, and skill set.
Location Preferred: Atlanta, Dallas, or Denver
Travel: Less than 10%, US based trade shows if necessary.
